These are the terms you agree to when you hire Spray Foam Insulation Plus. We keep it plain.
Our Work
We install spray foam, blown-in, and batt insulation in homes and commercial buildings across Minnesota. Every job is quoted on-site. That quote covers labor and materials for the scope we walked together. If the scope changes once we’re on the job, we’ll tell you before we do anything extra and adjust the price in writing.
Estimates Are Not Guarantees
Written estimates are good for 30 days. Material prices fluctuate. If costs change significantly between your estimate and your scheduled date, we’ll contact you before proceeding. We do not guarantee specific energy savings percentages — insulation performance depends on your home’s overall envelope, HVAC system, and how you use it.
Site Access
You are responsible for making the work area accessible on the scheduled day. That means clearing attics, crawl spaces, or walls of stored items and making sure we can get to the work area safely. If the site is not ready when we arrive and we cannot complete the job, a reschedule fee may apply.
Warranty
We stand behind our installation work. If something we installed fails due to a workmanship defect within one year of the job date, we’ll fix it at no charge. This does not cover settling, movement, or damage caused by other contractors working in the same area after we leave. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability on any job is capped at the amount you paid us for that job. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages — things like lost rental income, business interruption, or damage caused by conditions we could not have reasonably known about before the job started.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes are handled in the courts of Scott County, Minnesota.
